S&J Select Rooms work directly with estate and letting agents and our aims are to provide you as the agent with a quick, professional and hassle free way to let properties that you have been instructed to by landlords.

We will be the tenant under a company let agreement and then we fully manage our tenants from that point on.

We will pay a guaranteed rent to the landlord of the property but the agent remains responsible for management of the maintenance and billing the landlord as necessary and benefiting from associated management fees.
